Curran earned her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego in 2003 and was admitted to the California State Bar Association in 2003. Prior to becoming an attorney, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in advertising and marketing in 1984 and had a 16 year career and her own successful advertising and marketing firm, working in New York, Chicago, and Southern California. Ms. Curran is an active member of the North County Bar Association serving on the Board of Directors, and the Honorable Fiorenzo V. Lopardo chapter of the American Inns of Court. She is currently the Chair for the Civil Litigation Section of the North County Bar Association. In addition, Ms. Curran serves on several committees including "Youth in Court" (focusing on youth in the community) as well as serving as a mentor to prospective law students.
