Biography

 Steven Einolf is Senior Vice President of the Paints & Coatings Division and Chief Environmental & Safety Officer for GEO. He joined GEO as Vice President and General Manager of the Rubber & Plastics Division in May 2001 when GEO acquired the Organic Peroxide business from Hercules Incorporated. In 2006, he was promoted to Sr. Vice President and General Manager for both the R&P and P&C Divisions where he oversaw the division restructuring as well as integration of the Hythe acquisition. In March 2012, Mr. Einolf also assumed the position of Chief Environmental & Safety Officer for the Company. Prior to joining GEO, Mr. Einolf held various positions in Hercules from 1981 to 2001 including Strategic Business Director for the Organic Peroxide Business Unit and President of the Hercules-Sanyo joint venture from 1996 to 2001 and Manager of the Gibbstown, New Jersey plant from 1991 to 1996. He also held various engineering and manufacturing positions at ICI and Stauffer Chemical Company prior to joining Hercules. He has 35 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing industry. Mr. Einolf received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware and completed programs at the Darden Graduate School of Business Management on Manufacturing Management, Sales Management, and Strategic Business Management.
