Stephen Evans a BA Hons from University of Leeds and an MBA from Manchester Business School. He is the General Manager for QuintilesIMS’s Early Clinical Development (ECD) group in Europe, a position he has held since early 2016. Within this role he works with customers to find the right custom fit solution for their early phase trials and closely oversees operational delivery. He also has responsibility for QuintilesIMS’s ECD partner site network in Europe.
