As the Director of Performance and Growth, Srijana Gurung will lead the employee performance and growth initiatives, and will partner with team leaders across the organization to enhance their team’s impact through deliberate people development. She has 11 years of experience leading and implementing human resource management in various non-profit organizations. Prior to Possible, Srijana worked at Population Services International (PSI) initially in Nepal office as Senior HR Manager and then in Washington as HR Business Partner and before that, she was with ActionAid International for its Asia Regional Office. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Kathmandu University, School of Management (KUSOM).
