Sharon is an internationally recognized professional in change management, people management and governance with over 15 years’ experience in public and private sector. A Certified Public Secretary, she has authored six books and is a recipient of a Head of State Commendation (HSC) in 2009 for her contribution to the HR profession in Kenya. Sharon has consulted widely in human capital management, strategy review and development. Previously she worked as Director Human Resources at Safaricom, and as Deputy Director Human Capital/Deputy CEO at Kenya Wildlife Service.
