Sharon Caja leads Beta Pharma’s legal department, protecting intellectual property portfolio, managing litigation, supporting business development transactions and overseeing risk management and business compliance for the organization. Prior to Beta Pharma, Sharon worked for Stark & Stark, LLP in the Business Law Department; Advanta Bank Corporation in both the legal department and in human resources; JP Morgan Chase (Chase Home Finance) where she served as HR Generalist; and Asset Management Specialists, Inc. as HR Generalist.
