Mr. Yakatan holds an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Irvine and a BA in History and Public Affairs from the University of Denver.    

  Mr. Yakatan brings more than twenty years of experience as a corporate finance professional, actively supporting emerging and established companies in achieving their corporate, financing, and asset monetization objectives. Over the past fourteen years as a co-founder of Katan Associates (“KAI”), Mr. Yakatan has successfully structured and managed strategic alliances and deals, based on his insight and expertise in the U.S. and Global Life Science sector, including numerous buy- and sell-side M&A transactions.
