Ms. Serna joined Grupo Biotoscana in 2016 as Executive Vice President Strategy and on October 2017 was announced as Executive Vice President for the Andean Region. Prior to joining GBT, Ms. Serna was the Procurement and Business Intelligence Director at LKM, where she also held the position of Controller. Previously, Ms. Serna was an executive with Advent International, focusing on M&A opportunities within Argentina, Uruguay and Chile.
