Sergey joined Baltika Breweries in 1998 as Fermentation Equipment Operator in St. Petersburg and then as Master of Fermentation and Filtration Section of Baltika-Saint-Petersburg Brewery. In 2003 he moved to Samara, where he worked as Head of Fermentation and Filtration. In 2005 Sergey was appointed Head of Brewing and Processing of Baltika-Samara Brewery. Since 2016, under the rotation program, Sergey Schekin worked as Head of Brewing and Processing Department of the Company.
