Mr. Thabet is the Chief Executive Officer of Juhayna Food Industries and has been the Deputy Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors since early 2016. He began his career at Juhayna in 2004 and, since then, has been assigned a number of junior and senior positions in the sales, marketing, and project management divisions. He quickly ascended in rank to become the first plant manager of Al Dawleya Juice Factory and was admitted into the Board of Directors in 2006. Prior to his time at Juhayna, Mr. Thabet was an intern at the German-based Müller Dairy. He is currently the President of the Dairy Division at the Egyptian Chamber of Food Industries and a member of the Food Export Council’s board.
