In the course of his professional career he has gained broad experiences as a consultant for Austrian pharmaceutical and healthcare corporations with local and international background, especially in relation to professional and managerial staff. His focus in personnel management lies on the field of in-firm and on-the-job training, as well as on personnel development and coaching. He used his broad experience in handling various HR projects within the areas of recruiting, retaining, and developing staff. He also moderates internal and external workshops with different sized employee groups. In 2007 he joined the ISG International Service Group as a Managing Partner for Tyrol, Vorarlberg and South Tyrol. Thanks to 23 years of professional experience in the middle and upper management he is a competent partner in all HR matters.
