Mr. Samuel Cooperman, also known as Sam, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of New York Cruise Lines, Inc. Sam served as a Consultant of Stolt-Nielsen Limited. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Optimum Logistics Ltd from 2000. Mr. Cooperman served as the Chief Executive Officer of Stolt-Nielsen Transportation Group and Stolt Parcel Tankers Inc. He joined Stolt-Nielsen in 1974. Sam has been the Chairman of Stolt-Nielsen Limited since April 2016. Sam serves as the Chairman of Optimum Logistics Ltd., New York Cruise Lines, Inc. and SeaSupplier Ltd. He served as the Chairman of Stolt-Nielsen Transportation Group Ltd. Mr. Cooperman served as a Vice-Chairman of New York Cruise Lines and the International Chamber of Shipping. He served as a Director of Seaweed Energy Solutions AS. Sam has been an Independent Director of Stolt-Nielsen Limited since August 2008. He has held directorships at numerous organisations and serves as a Director at New York Cruise Lines and the International Chamber of Shipping. Mr. Cooperman received BS in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Temple University.
