Sabine Lochmann, 48, has a dual degree in French American law, graduated from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the University of Davis, California (LLB in Business Law). She completes her academic career with an Executive Leadership Program in South Africa (University Cape Town). She began her career as a lawyer, particularly in the service sector, at Jacobs Serete before joining JC Decaux and then took over the legal management of Johnson & Johnson France in 1998. Within the health group, she began operating from 2008 a turning point in her career by becoming first Marketing Director, then General Manager in charge of Market Access, then General Director of Government Affairs and Strategic Affairs (since 2010). She is also very early involved in the professional organization of Corporate Lawyers (AFJE) which she became the President in 2001 and for 4 years. She is also Vice-President of the European Confederation of Corporate Lawyers (ECLA) from 2003 to 2006. She also founded several "think-tanks", one of which dedicated to women's health (Avenir Femmes Santé in 2011) and a second, with leaders, social partners and HR specialists, on the subject of competitiveness, employment and legal certainty, the Convergence Workshops, in January 2012.
