Ruth has almost 20 years experience in human resources management and organization development function, holding senior management level positions gained from various industries in manufacturing, power and energy, construction, print media and petrochemicals. Her spectrum of work experience includes stints at Asia Brown Boveri as the Country Human Resources Manager; Aboitiz Group of Companies as the Asst Vice President for People Services; James Hardie Philippines as the Vice President for HROD. During the early years of her career, she worked in Landoil, NORKIS Group and Monark Constructors Corporation. Before joining Interphil, she was the Vice President Human Resources for JG Summit Petrochemical Corporation. Ruth graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in BS Psychology and earned 18 MA units in Human Resources Management at the Dela Salle University.
