Biography

Ron Wolfe is a vice president of semiconductor test at National Instruments, he leads strategy and execution for the company’s semiconductor test segment. Since starting at NI in 1982, he has held leadership roles in corporate development, R&D management, strategic marketing, product planning, and investor relations. He has been an integral part of the teams that launched the products that are the cornerstones of the company’s success, including LabVIEW software and the company’s GPIB, data acquisition, VXI, and PXI products. Additionally, Wolfe has played a key leadership role in many of the company’s industry standardization initiatives. He is a member of IEEE, he has written more than 200 articles and technical papers for various publications. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
