As Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Dr. Roger Harris is responsible for the Business Development enterprise across the MRIGlobal business areas. In nearly 30 years of research and management expertise at MRIGlobal, Dr. Harris has managed programs and staffing across a wide range of research areas including Avian influenza research, the development and evaluation of field crops for use as a biomass feedstock, and the National Cancer Institute’s Chemopreventive Agent Repository. He served as Principal Investigator for the National Toxicology Program, one of the longest running programs in place at MRIGlobal since 1972. His tenure also includes positions as Study Director and Principal Analytical Investigator for several studies performed under FDA GLP regulations, and EPA TSCA and FIFRA GLP standards. His recent efforts resulted in a new contract with the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke on a drug manufacturing and formulation program.
