Ms. Rochelle B. Lazarus, also known as Shelly, serves as a Senior Advisor at RRE Ventures LLC. Ms. Lazarus served as Chief Executive Officer at Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide, Inc. from 1996 to 2008, President of U.S. direct marketing business since 1989, Chief Operating Officer of the worldwide agency since 1995. Ms. Lazarus serves as Chairman Emeritus of Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide, Inc. She also serves on the Boards of Merck & Co., Inc., since October 26, 2004, the World Wildlife Fund, The Partnership for New York City, Inc. and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Ms. Lazarus has been an Independent Director of The Blackstone Group L.P., since July 9, 2013 and has been General Electric Company since 2000. She served as Chairman of Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide, Inc. from 1997 until her retirement in June 2012. She is also a Trustee of the New York Presbyterian Hospital. Ms. Lazarus is a Member of the Board of Overseers of Columbia Business School. She is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, The Business Council and Women's Forum, Inc. Ms. Lazarus graduated in 1968 from the Smith College in Psychology. She also earned an M.B.A. from Columbia University. Ms. Rochelle B.
