He was promoted to Project Manager in 1987, Vice President in 2001, and President in 2008. He is a past Governor of the Atlanta Electrical Contractors Association, a member of the Executive Leadership Council for the Atlanta Heart Ball, and an active Doorholder at Passion City Church. He has previously served as President of the AECA; and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Georgia Branch of AGC, the Construction Education Foundation of Georgia, and the Gwinnett County Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Rilo is proud graduate of Clemson University and has been married to his wife Wanda since 1988. They have two children.
