Richard joined the Board in March 2005 and was appointed Non-Executive Chairman in July 2006. Richard is also a Non-Executive Chairman of AIM listed companies Dorcaster plc and Watchstone Group. He was formerly CEO of WF Electrical plc and Whittard of Chelsea plc, two listed companies, and was a director of Hagemeyer (UK) Ltd, a multi-billion pound international distribution business. He received Entrepreneur of the Year Award presented by PLC Awards in 2003.
