Rich is the Founder and CEO of Two Labs. He leads the team by providing the overall strategy for the company and conveying Two Labs’ values to every team member. His ultimate life goal is to continue to help people and make individual lives better. At a grand level, Two Labs enables him to help a broad group of patients, access pharma products more easily through his work with pharma manufacturers. At a more granular level, Two Labs enables him to hire, promote, train, develop and improve the lives of the people he works with. Rich has a B.S. in Business from Skidmore College and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from George Mason University. He resides in Ohio with his wife, two sons, daughter and Labrador retriever, Barnaby, the office mascot. Rich and his wife are dedicated to improving the lives of others through charitable endeavors and have created the Two Labs Foundation (providing financial support to a variety of a nonprofit organizations); Anna’s Forever Families http://www.anasforeverfamilies.org/ (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that assists people in adopting children with special needs); and www.RewardGoodDeeds.org (recognizing good deeds in the community through a “pay it forward” approach).
