She formerly served as the company’s Vice President of Client Services, after having been promoted from managing the Operations Center in Americus, Georgia. Rica’s responsibilities have included sales and marketing, managing the account management and operations team, and measuring and managing metrics driving the outcome of all interactions between PharmaCentra’s healthcare specialists, patients and healthcare professionals. Prior to joining the PharmaCentra team in 2008, Rica was Director of Operations for Spiegel and Newport News Catalog Teleservices. Rica has a Bachelors in Business Administration, focusing in marketing from Georgia Southwestern State University.
