Rebecca holds a LLB and PhD in Economics, and at 28 she is the youngest member of the PHAMA team. Before joining the PHAMA Program in November 2015, she worked for the Vanuatu Red Cross Society as Project Manager for a Livelihoods Project focusing on rural and urban female youths, and before that as a Branch Manager for VANWODS Microfinance Inc. With a passion for rural livelihoods and development, Rebecca is now at the forefront connecting industry stakeholders – rural small holder farmers, commercial farmers, exporters, and government representatives – to discuss industry priorities and market access issues.
