Ralph studied pharmacy at UCT, before joining the retail sector as a pharmacist. He then entered the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, and over the last 21 years, has gained experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry in areas such as procurement planning, manufacture and packing, quality assurance, new business development and HR. More recently, he has focussed on the implementation of Quality Management Systems aligned to the ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality standards.
Ralph joined Cipla Medpro, on a permanent basis, in July 2014 as the Responsible Pharmacist for Cipla Medpro, after serving as a QMS consultant at the Distribution Centre and in the Regulatory Affairs Department. In his time at Cipla, Ralph has proven himself to be a strong contributor and a valued team member.
