KwaÅ›nicki holds a PhD degree in law, he serves as a legal counsel, and as a managing partner at RKKW – KWAÅšNICKI, WRÓBEL & Partnerzy law firm; he specialises in corporate law, capital markets law, and dispute resolution.He completed the AMP course at the IESE Business School of the University of Navarra and a programme for Supervisory Board members ‘Value Creation Through Effective Boards’ at Harvard Business School and IESE Business School.
Radosław L. Kwaśnicki participated in legislative and strategic work on commercial law. He has edited, authored or co-authored several textbooks and commentaries, as well as more than three hundred other publications and statements concerned with practical aspects of commercial law. He is a member of the Programme Board of the Monitor Prawa Handlowego magazine.
