Praba Thandrind joined Cipla on the 1st of February 2015 as Regulatory Affairs Director. Praba is a registered pharmacist with over 16 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry and Regulatory Affairs. She joins us from Adcock Ingram Healthcare where she was the Head of Group Regulatory Affairs and the Responsible Pharmacist. Praba’s responsibilities at Adcock included managing all regulatory operations in South Africa, the SADC region, East and West Africa, as well as in India.
Prior to her role at Adcock, Praba was the Head of Drug Regulatory Affairs and Responsible Pharmacist for Novartis Pharma, before which she had spent nearly ten years at Adcock Ingram in various manufacturing, QA and Regulatory Affairs positions. Praba is currently based in Johannesburg.
