Mr. Piotr Ciach has been Member of the Supervisory Board at Grupa LOTOS S.A. since December 22, 2016. He is Member of the Audit Committee and the Strategy and Development Committee at the Company. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Uniwersytet Marii Curie - Sklodowskiej w Lublinie. He also completed MBA studies ran by Gdanska Fundacja Ksztalcenia Menadzerow in cooperation with IAE Aix-en-Provence Graduate School of Management. He is Head of Division at the Supervision Department of the Ministry of Energy. He has been Member of the Supervisory Board of Spolka Restrukturyzacji Kopaln S.A. He previously served on the Supervisory Boards of Polski Holding Obronny Sp. z o.o., Miedzynarodowa Korporacja Gwarancyjna Sp. z o.o., Telefony Podlaskie S.A., Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A., Tauron PE S.A.
