He started his career at Bouygues Offshore, worked there for 12 years as an engineer, project management, and regional business unit manager. From 2002 till 2005, he served at Technip as CEO Africa and Mediterranean. Mr. Barril was appointed Managing Director of Entrepose Contracting (SBF 120) from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, he moved to Technip (CAC 40) working in a number of senior executive positions and served as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2014 to March 2015. Philippe is currently employed at SBM Offshore (AEX), he serves since March 2015 on the Management Board and as Chief Operating Officer
