Phil graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelors of Science in Health Care Administration, and earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Oregon. He is an at-large board member of the American Health Care Association, and past president of the Oregon Health Care Association. A life-long supporter of many charitable causes, Phil is past president and currently serves on the board of the Ronald McDonald House. He’s also Vice President of the Vital Life Foundation, helping support organizations such as the American Heart Association, Alzheimer’s Association, Ronald McDonald House Charities and Meals on Wheels, to name a few.
