Peter Lednický became General Manager Slovakia and the Czech Republic following the acquisition of Alpha medical by Unilabs in April 2017*.   As one of the founders of Alpha medical, he has led Alpha medical’s expansion in the Czech market, where the company operates as AeskuLab, and has concluded several successful acquisitions in both Slovak and Czech markets over the last 20 years.   Peter was appointed CEO of Alpha medical in 2007 following Penta Group’s investment in Alpha medical. In 2012, he actively focused on the sale of Alpha medical, which resulted in its acquisition by Mid Europa Partners, an independent private equity firm.   Peter Lednický holds a degree in chemistry and food technology from the University of Technology in Bratislava, Slovakia.   Peter Lednický was born in 1970 and is a Slovak citizen. *Alpha medical and AeskuLab operate as wholly owned subsidiaries of Unilabs in the Slovak and Czech markets respectively
