Biography

Mr. Droc joined PaxVax in 2017 as Vice President of Global Marketing. Prior to PaxVax, Mr. Droc spent 11 years at Novartis AG in a wide range of positions of increasing responsibility including Marketing and Development in both global, regional and country positions. Mr. Droc worked as Head of Portfolio Management to help manage the development pipeline. As Global Brand Director, Mr. Droc led the expansion of product indication, as well as multiple other lifecycle management initiatives. As the Head of Global Marketing for Novartis Vaccines, Mr. Droc oversaw the launch of multiple new vaccines, primarily in the meningitis space. Mr. Droc spent three years in Russia leading the Immunology & Dermatology business and serving as ad interim Russia country head for half a year. Prior to Novartis, Mr. Droc was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. where he worked in the New Jersey and Vienna, Austria offices as an Associate Principal, serving primarily pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. Mr. Droc holds a Masters of Business Administration from Goizueta Business School of Emory University and a Master in Social and Economics Sciences, with a focus on marketing and organization from Johannes-Kepler-University Linz, Austria.
