Mr. Sanat Chattopadhyay has been Executive Vice President and President of Merck Manufacturing Division at Merck & Co., Inc. since March 2016 and served as its Senior Vice President of Operations at Merck Manufacturing Division since November 2009 until April 1, 2016. Mr. Chattopadhyay was instrumental in transforming Merck Vaccines’ manufacturing and supply to grow and globalize its vaccines business. He also played a key part in leading the company’s launch of KEYTRUDA (pembrolizumab) in record time by mobilizing a cross-divisional effort to overcome commercialization and supply constraints.
