Paul Ostling worked at Ernst & Young for 30 years working with major entities listed on the New York and London Stock Exchanges and holding senior management positions including Global Executive partner from 1995 to 2003 and Global Chief Operating Officer from 2003 to 2007.In addition, for a number of years, he was responsible for the development and coordination of the firm's operations throughout Russia, Ukraine, the CIS and Eastern Europe. From 2007 to 2012, Paul served as chairman of the audit committee of Mobile TeleSystems OJSC (NYSE). Other board and leadership roles include: Brunswick Rail (2012 to present), Uralkali (2011 to present), PromSvyazBank (2008 to 2010), UralChem (2008 to 2011) and DME Ltd (Domodedovo) (2011 to 2012). In 2011, Paul was named "Independent Director of the Year" by the Association of Independent Directors in Russia. Paul is a proficient Russian speaker.
