Ms. Pamela J. Craig, also known as Pam, served as the Chief Financial Officer of Accenture Plc from October 31, 2006 to August 31, 2013. Ms. Craig's responsibilities included the Corporate Controllership, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, Corporate Transaction Services, Client & Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, Finance Operations and Strategic Planning & Analysis functions. A member of Accenture's global management, operating, executive and capital committees, her tenure at the Accenture spans more than three decades. She served as a Senior Vice President of Finance of Accenture Ltd. from March 2004 to October 2006 and served as its Group Director of Business Operations and Services, with responsibility for all internal information technology, location services at all of Accenture's offices, real estate and travel from March 3, 2003 to March 2004 and Managing Partner of Global Business Operations from June 2001 to March 2003. Ms. Craig served as a Managing Partner of Accenture's global Media and Entertainment industry group. From February 2000 to June 2001, Ms. Craig was responsible for Accenture's Media & Entertainment industry group globally. She served as Partner of Accenture Technology Ventures Japan since 1991. From August 1998 to November 2000, Ms. Craig was responsible for Media & Entertainment global operating unit. From 1996 to August 1998, she was responsible for Accenture's Media & Entertainment group in North America. Prior to 2001, she held several line management positions in its Products and Communications & High Tech operating groups. Ms. Craig also chaired the Business Operations Council, which coordinates all policies, procedures and operational interfaces across Accenture. From August 1998 to February 2000, she was responsible for Accenture's Media & Entertainment global operating unit. Ms. Craig was responsible for Accenture Ltd.'s Media & Entertainment industry group in North America. She served as a Partner of AC Ventures and Accenture Technology Ventures. She joined Accenture in 1979 practicing as a certified public accountant for three years and began working in consulting in 1982. Ms. Craig was employed at Accenture Plc, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing organization, in various operational and finance roles for 34 years. She had leadership roles in different parts of Accenture's business, both domestically and globally, in consumer products and media and entertainment. Ms. Craig serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Teneo Ventures. She has been an Independent Director of Akamai Technologies, Inc. since April 1, 2011 and Merck & Co., Inc. since September 1, 2015. Ms. Craig serves as a Director of Accenture Technology Ventures. She served as a Director of Avanade Inc., since February 2006. She served as an Independent Director of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. since December 2013 until June 2, 2017. Ms. Craig served as an Independent Director of VMware, Inc. from September 10, 2013 to December 11, 2015. In Institutional Investor’s 2013 All-America Executive Team ranking, she was named America's Best Chief Financial Officer in the Computer Services & IT Consulting category by both buy-side and sell-side analysts in 2009. Ms. Craig is also a Member of the state board of directors of Junior Achievement of New Jersey and the chair of the board of directors for Comprehensive Development, Inc. In 2012 she initiated and co-led the Women’s Executive Leadership Development Program which is designed to prepare Accenture women for top leadership roles in by building on their capabilities, providing sponsorship to ensure the right visibility and expanding their professional networks. Ms. Craig has been committed to the advancement and retention of women at Accenture. She received a National Association of Female Executives and Entrepreneurs “Women of Excellence” award in 2009. Ms. Craig is a recipient of the 2008 National Council for Research on Women’s "Making a Difference for Women Award." She is a Certified Public Accountant.
