Owen joined First Milk as Transformation Director in September 2015 and has played a critical role in building an effective finance function. He has also delivered a number of key projects such as the sale of the Glenfield Dairy Business. Owen has previously held senior financial roles in retail, professional services and food businesses including What Everyone Wants, Birthdays and Change Recruitment Group. Immediately prior to First Milk, Owen spent seven years in various senior roles in Vion Food Group's UK operations and at their global headquarters in the Netherlands.
