Mr. Oleg Nikolaevich Nesterov has served as Member of the Management Board, Deputy General Director - Director of Production at Nizhnekamskneftekhim PAO (former Nizhnekamskneftekhim OAO), since May 25, 2017. He previously held these same post at the Company from May 29, 2015 until September 23. On May 29, 2015 he also was appointed Deputy General Director - Director of Production of the Company. From July 18, 2013 to June 16, 2014, he was General Director, Chairman of the Management Board of the Company. He was also Member of the Management Board at the Company. Between September 18, 2013 and October 29, 2014. he was Member of the Board of Directors at the Company. Until July 18, 2013, he occupied the post of the Company's Deputy General Director of Production. From 2007 to 2012, he occupied the post of the Company's Director of Butyl Rubber Plant. He joined Nizhnekamskneftekhim OAO in 2003. Between 2006 and 2007, Mr. Nesterov acted as Director for SK Manufacture Factory at the Company and from 2004 till 2006, he was its Chief Engineer.
