Oleg Aleksandrovich Yarin graduated from Ufa State Aviation Technical University in 1999 with a degree in Automated Systems for Information Processing and Management. In 2006, he studied at the State Academy of Retraining and Advanced Studies in the specialty "Accounting and Audit".
