Ms. Nomavuso Patience Mnxasana, B.Com, B.Compt (Hons), CA(SA), served as Group Audit and Risk Head at Imperial Holdings Limited (Imperial Group) from March 2006 to September, 2010. Ms. Mnxasana has experience in Corporate Governance, Auditing & Risk Management. Ms. Mnxasana implemented risk management both locally and internationally. She introduced Training Outside Public Practice (TOPP) within Imperial Group. She was a Senior Partner of Sizwe Ntsaluba VSP. As a Partner on the Transnet audit, she was a part of the team involved in corporatization exercise of SAA and Transwerk Foundries (Pty.) Ltd. She was employed at Sizwe Ntsaluba VSP.
