Nikolai Evgenievich Polyansky graduated from the Faculty of Aviation Equipment of the Higher Military Engineering Academy. prof. NE Zhukovsky in engineering specialty (1986) and management (PRIS, 1994). He worked on the creation of new aircraft - R & D for the Ministry of Defense. Since 1994, he began his career in large companies, including NTV-Plus, NTV-Holding, where he specialized in foreign economic activities. Since 2001, he has held various management positions in the PROTEK Group of Companies. Since January 2008, he has been appointed Deputy General Director for External Relations. It carries out active interaction with state authorities and public organizations.
