A chartered member of the Institute of Directors (CMInstD), Nicole has been a member of various public and private sector governance bodies, including a member of the AUT University Council and Chair of the Council’s Maori Education Working Group, a Trustee of Hauora Hokianga Enterprise Trust, which governs the Rawene Hospital and associated health services, the Auckland Human Health & Disability Ethics Committee (Chair), the NRC Environment Committee and Northland Conservation Board.
