Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thai has been Member of the Board of Management at Petrolimex Saigon Transportation and Service Joint Stock Company since March 2009. He has been appointed its Director with effect from December 1, 2016, after being its Deputy Director since April 21, 2014. He is also in charge of transportation and gasoline sales. He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree.
