Nguyen Quang Kien has been Chairman of the Board of Management at Petroleum Mechanical Joint Stock Company since March 2003. He has also been Deputy General Director of Vietnam National Petroleum Corporation (Petrolimex) since that time. Before that, he was Head of Investment and Technology Office at Petrolimex during 1993 and 1998. He joined Petrolimex in 1982 after obtaining his post-graduate degree from Hungary.
