Biography

Newton Brandão is Director of the management center of AG Engenharia. He holds a degree in Accounting from PUC-MG, a post-graduate degree in Business Administration from UMEC University in Belo Horizonte, and an MBA in Finance from Fundação Dom Cabral in 2000, he was a financial administrative manager at Visoconsult Engenharia before joining the Andrade Gutierrez Group , in 1998. He is currently the Chairman of CCR's Fiscal Council, a member of the Fiscal Council of Sanepar and Dominó Holdings, an alternate member of Cemig's boards of directors and an alternate member of the Fiscal Council of Telemar Participações and Oi. Among its main activities, are the participation of committees and councils of subsidiaries, in studies of new investments and in class entities such as Abrasa, Ibracon, Bovespa and CVM. Newton highlights how the main achievements of participation, through CCR, in the operation of the Salvador Metro, the BR-163 highway and the Confins Airport, in 2013; the sale of Quiport and Aeris in 2012; the acquisition of Cemig in 2010 and the sale of Light in the same year.
