Neil’s role as Chief Transformation Officer, which he took up in 2013, expanded in January 2016 with much of the company’s operational infrastructure now concentrated in the Enterprise Technology & Operations organization, which Neil leads from the company’s Enterprise Centre in Baar, Switzerland. This brings together Thomson Reuters Technology, global Operations Centers, Real Estate, Global Sourcing and Business & Integration Services. Previously, Neil was Managing Director of the Investors segment in the Financial & Risk business. This followed several management roles in the financial business and in the Thomson Corporation, which he joined in 2002 as Vice President, Treasury and Corporate Planning. Prior to joining Thomson, Neil spent two years at Reuters as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Before immigrating to the U.S., he spent five years working in the UK retailing industry. Neil graduated from University College, London and began his career at KPMG in London, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
