Biography

 Natalia has been working in the pharmaceutical industry since 2001. Her career started in GlaxoSmithKline, where she progressed from medical representative to director for Moscow Region. Her scope of responsibility included GlaxoSmithKline’s regional division for Moscow Region and Central Russia. Subsequently she headed the teams for Moscow’s regions, including distribution, sales, development and regulatory affairs. In 2013, her regional division attained RUB 2 billion in sales, which represented one-third of total sales in Russia that year. From 2012 to 2014 Natalia was Russia country manager at Italfarmaco, an Italian pharmaceutical company. Under her management, the Russian division restructured its sales department, successfully launched several new products in gynaecology and neurology, doubled its sales and increased the market share of its main product by 30%. Natalia studied paediatrics at Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University and has a PhD in medicine.
