He is an Origination Manager for Oilseeds and Grains in Brazil – my home country. He joined LDC in 2003 after finishing his degree in Agronomy at the Federal University of Mato Grosso. Brazil is one of the world’s most important producers of agricultural goods, and he was drawn to the business because of the career opportunities it offered. As well as managing the commercial relationship with the farmers, his role comprises a variety of activities involved in the trading and pricing of beans. To be successful in this area of the business, a good knowledge of agricultural and financial markets is crucial. This is a very dynamic industry: every day he face and overcome new challenges. he enjoy working at LDC because the internal structure is very straightforward, which makes it easy to contact people working in different regions and different areas of the business.
