He joined the Company in 2010 as Director - Clinical Study Unit, where he was responsible for managing Sanofi’s clinical research programs in India. Within the area of Clinical Research, he has particularly excelled in Clinical Operations, over the past 13 years. Before joining Sanofi, Dr. Naqvi worked at different positions, of increasing responsibility, in Odyssey Research Inc, a US based Clinical Research Organization (CRO). He managed their Oncology division and was also instrumental in establishing their Indian operations. After several interesting years in USA, he returned to New Delhi, where he worked for an Indian CRO – CliniRx Research Pvt. Ltd. - and grew the company into a successful international organization. Dr. Naqvi is a physician with post graduate training in clinical biochemistry. He is passionate about clinical project management, and has handled projects across different therapeutic areas like Oncology, Diabetes, Cardiology, Thrombosis, Women’s Health and CNS."
