Mthozami Xiphu BA, B.Uris, MA Executive Chairman of the South African Oil and Gas Alliance. Former CEO of the Petroleum Agency of South Africa, 2005-2012. Former Director of Legal Services for the then Department of Minerals and Energy, 2001-2004. Has served on various Government working groups and commissions, including the 2010 probe into hydraulic fracturing for South Africa.
