Mr. Paresh Saraiya is a senior business leader with over four decades of rich and diverse experience in technical, commercial, corporate leadership, entrepreneurship and corporate governance. Born in 1953 in Mumbai to a business family, he is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from The M.S. University of Baroda and has undergone various Management Development Programs. He started his career with Transpek-Industry Limited (TIL), and after gaining rich experience of more than 25 years managing various functions, he assumed charge as Managing Director of Transpek-Silox Industry Pvt. Ltd. (TSIPL) in Year 2001. He has been playing an active role in managing family businesses. A progressive leader, he is adept at building teams with shared vision and guiding them for effective execution of plans. 

 Mr. Paresh Saraiya has held key positions in various trade bodies such as Federation of Gujarat Industries (FGI) - Vadodara, CII- Western Region and Gujarat Safety Council. An ardent Art lover and promoter of Art, Culture and Environment preservation, he has also been associated with various socio cultural organizations as Trustee.
