MR. MD. ATAUL KARIM BHUIYAN, Managing Director of FISHTECH (BD) LIMITED, has dirct relation with fish & shrimp farmers across the country as he had field experience towork with them, So he know & feels their problems during the time of fish & shrimp farming. Born in 1975 in a prestigious Muslim family at Brahmanbaria, Mr. Bhuiyan has completed his school & college study at Brahmanbaria & Dhaka cantonment respectively. Then he completed his graduation & post graduation at Institute of Marine Science & Fisheries, University of Chittagong, Bangladesh. Just after completion of post graduation in Marine Science (Major in Aquaculture), he started his career in a renowned Animal Health Products Marketing company as Head of Aquaculture Division. During this period, he made extensive visit to Aquaculture rich areas of Bangladesh, stay with the farmers, try to understand their problems & find out the solution. With this experience, he felt that there should be a ONE STOP SOLUTION for the fish & shrimp farmers where one farmer can easily get the technical assistance, service as well as world class aquaculture products with affordable price. This feelings inspired him, as well as Mr. Hossain & Mr. Sarker, to start such a platform named FISHTECH. For attending various shrimp & fish farming seminar & to know improve farming system, Mr. Bhuiyan has visited countries like Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, India, Myanmar, Singapore etc.
