Mr. Jaroslaw has been Vice Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Refining Officer of Grupa LOTOS S.A. since January 12, 2017. He holds Master of Engineering and doctorate degree from Politechnika Gdanska (Faculty of Chemistry and Faculty of Management and Marketing). Moreover, he holds an MBA degree from Gdanska Fundacja Ksztalcenia Menedzerow GFKM. Since the beginning of his career he has been working in Gdansk refinery of Grupa LOTOS S.A.
